Tagged since 2014 for failing WP:CORP and not citing any sources. A search did not bring up any significant coverage – in fact, I couldn't find anything about the company, and even the website link in the article gives an error. The Note in the article states that it was acquired by Teligent, which is a redlink but might refer to Teligent Telecom. In any case, this article here should be deleted.
