This was deleted at AfD a few hours ago so I requested a WP:G4 but this has been contested by an IP. I'm not absolutely certain if this article absolutely matches the one that User:Polygnotus sent to AfD last week but, in any case, the new content and the new sources do nothing to address the concerns from the old discussion.
