Delete This is a neologism. A google search reveals 210 entries, the first of which is the page itself and at least the vast majority of the rest of which seem to be irrelevant. I am myself involved quite heavily in the heavy metal subculture, and have never seen a reference to the word. Also compare to other metalhead slang, such as 'kvlt', with 114,000 google hits, seeming to refer in the main part to the slang usage of the term, but no wikipedia entry.
