This article freely mixes two topics: one is an extension of the pseudoscientific concept of "innate intelligence" or "innate", dreamed up by the "magnetic healer" and inventor of chiropractic, BJ Palmer; the other is a term in AI but not one with great currency (and it's overwhelmed here by the bullshit version). Unfortunately, going by a quick search online, the chiropractic meaning of the term (along with other mysticism nonsense whose affiliation to chiropraxy is hard to confirm or infirm) is by far the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. I would be sympathetic to a WP:IAR claim to have the AI article as primary topic, but that is not supported by the guidelines. TigraanClick here to contact me 15:24, 13 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
