- Keep "Human Capital Management", but Delete "VECTOR" & "Vector Management Systems". HCM reeks of management speak, but it does at least contain some encyclopaedic content, and is not purely an ad like the other two. --MacRusgail 14:11, 7 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]
