Resumé-like BLP, recreation of previously deleted article, apparently created by a family member of the subject. The references are mostly to affiliated sources and notability is not established. Mccapra (talk) 11:22, 28 February 2021 (UTC)

- Delete. The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline nor the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (biographies) requirement. WP:BEFORE did not reveal any significant coverage on Gnews, Gbooks or Gscholar. Aricle has also been deleted from Polish Wikipedia: pl:Wikipedia:Poczekalnia/biografie/2021:02:14:Wojciech Kotlarek. Based on the username(s) used and the IP comment on my talk page, the author is a family member of the subject, so there are also WP:COI concerns. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 01:43, 1 March 2021 (UTC)
- del no evidence of notability. Lembit Staan (talk) 16:58, 1 March 2021 (UTC)
