Procedural nom, as speedy and prod were declined. Aside from the fact that this article is currently written in a very promotional tone, the band itself does not appear to meet WP:MUSIC. - Delete I declined the prod because I felt it was a borderline case. However, it seems a little "south of the border" in that the only source is a write up in their hometown paper, which is a level of notability that pretty much any band can attain if they've been around for a year or two.
