While searching for information on this, I found very little. I was unable to find any sigcov searching in books, news, or otherwise. They're listed in a US gang assessment but very little else. There are some hits on newspapers.com [1], mostly in the obituaries of members, and brief mentions in relation to crimes their members committed which also did not get sigcov (a mass shooting and their headquarters getting bombed. you'd think this would get sigcov) so they verifiably exist, but no sigcov to be found.
