- {{Operator assistance needed}} What is the status of this? Has the trial happened? * Pppery * it has begun... 04:59, 3 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
- @Pppery: Sorry, I could not inform earlier, but I was travelling for few days in the past. I am back now, but still busy getting real life in order, so couldn't use the bot. I'll try to do it within tomorrow or the day next. Sorry for the inconvenience to everyone. —CX Zoom[he/him] (let's talk • {C•X}) 17:01, 3 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Trial complete.: See Special:Contribs/CX Zoom AWB, last 50 edits. —CX Zoom[he/him] (let's talk • {C•X}) 18:51, 4 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
- I would also need a bot userright time extension for a few more days as it is set to expire tomorrow. Thanks! —CX Zoom[he/him] (let's talk • {C•X}) 19:06, 4 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
- What caused this, and did you fix the code for it? – DreamRimmer ■ 11:48, 9 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
- The old code was looking for {{PresRow}} but that particular line was directly calling {{United States presidential election results table row}} before the edit, so it was skipped. I have modified the code to check for the original template name, as well as redirects coming to it. —CX Zoom[he/him] (let's talk • {C•X}) 20:45, 9 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
- As per WP:BOTACC, your bot account username should include the word "bot". Having AWB in the username may give the impression that the account is an alternate account for semi-automated editing with AWB. Many people might not realise it is a bot account, so AWB alone is not enough for a flagged bot. You can request a rename at WP:CHUS or let me know here, and I will be happy to rename it for you. – DreamRimmer ■ 02:29, 10 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
- I have no issues with renaming, but I don't make automated edits from this account. All edits are manually seen before completing, hence the "Manual" status above. You can rename it to "CX Zoom AWB Bot" if you believe that's necessary. Thanks! —CX Zoom[he/him] (let's talk • {C•X}) 20:22, 12 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
- Flagged bots are required by policy to include the word "bot" in their name. I have renamed it to CX Zoom AWB Bot. – DreamRimmer ■ 06:23, 13 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
