Nominator's rationale: Per WP:SUBJECTIVECAT. The category description is vaguely worded (simply "minorities") and is left to the interpretation of editors. The immediate policy-based issue is WP:CATV; the creator of the category has been adding it to articles seemingly based on their own interpretations of the category they created. No additional sources or context has ever been provided by them.The problem with verifiability becomes particularly troublesome when the creator's definition of "minority" seems to be far from any reliable sources'. For example, the category's creator has been adding it to several Hong Kong and Macau articles without further explanation, but both SARs / cities have Han Chinese minorities. While Cantonese speakers are a minority in the whole of China, they are not in those SARS / cities, and so their political parties, exclusive to the SARs' boundaries and not present in the rest of China, are not representative of "minorities in China".There are also foreign organisations in the category that do not have any activities in China but claim to represent a minority in China, as well as organisations that have not been called political parties by the sources given.I believe the creator's intention was to group political organisations of ethnic, cultural, religious or linguistic minorities in China together in one category, but due to 1. The vague wording and 2. Self-coinage, it has been open up to various interpretations that do not align with existing sources, including the creator's.Similar categories made should be specific to the minority, e.g. "Tibetan political parties [in China]".
