Nominator's rationale: While countries' LGBTQ people categories can be subcategorized by century of notable activity if the number of people under the tree warrants that, it's not a thing that always has to exist for every country across the board -- but there are only three people in this category with nobody else left in the parent, so it isn't aiding navigation to subdivide the parent category this way.
In addition, because this category is just "Macedonian" while the parent category is "North Macedonian", the {{LGBT people by nationality and century category header}} template is automatically transcluding Category:LGBTQ people (where this doesn't belong) instead of the logical national parent, which had to be manually added alongside it, with a categoryredirect from the Category:Macedonian LGBTQ people form needed to make the extraneous category go away. So even if there were grounds to keep this, either this or the parent category (which has already existed since 2015) would have to be renamed so that they were both using the same demonymal form. At the same time, per WP:OCASSOC, the association with the movement of the individuals is not clear, and people from both sides are included together.
