Nominator's rationale: I created Category:Politicians from Kuala Lumpur then realised Category:Kuala Lumpur politicians already existed. It would be more correct to say politicians from X, as not all these people represented Kuala for example they became a Singaporean or Australian politician. Nominator's rationale: Overcategorization, this is a non-defining characteristic. The scope of these categories is way too wide compared to one like Category:Premier League referees. Most international referees from Europe will end up officiating at least in the qualifying rounds of the Champions/Europa League. This means thousands of people have officiated in these competitions since the 50s. And nearly all the Champions League referees will have officiated in the Europa League.
