I've gone one better and found an image elsewhere which looks like it was taken at around the same time as the image in question. The image found here has at the bottom "©Roman Babirad/FAMOUS". Tabercil 21:35, 26 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
This image is no longer a copyright problem. I have uploaded a new version of this image (Image:TrichogastermicrolepisMoonlightgourami.jpg); I obtained permission from a flickr photographer (see details on image description page) through flickr comment page and I received permission by email. Photo credit and permission is from Phoebe Weston. Dragonbite 02:24, 30 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
This image is no longer a copyright infringement problem because I placed a fair use rationale on the description page. I received a message though informing that this is now an "orphaned" image from a "bot". I probably have to link it as a thumbnail at least in an article, in the meantime. I am rying to secure another image from flickr.com with permission from another photographer but so far no response. So, no free image still for the Snakeskin gourami article. No free image available found.Dragonbite 02:51, 30 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I've corrected the fair use rationale for the image. --DieWeisseRose 21:07, 21 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
This is no longer a copyright infringement matter, I think, since the right tags are there. There is still the question of whether use of the image is ok on Wikipedia, so I listed it on Wikipedia:Fair use review. nadav (talk) 05:32, 24 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
