This image is no longer a copyright problem. I have uploaded a new version of this image (Image:TrichogastermicrolepisMoonlightgourami.jpg); I obtained permission from a flickr photographer (see details on image description page) through flickr comment page and I received permission by email. This image is no longer a copyright infringement problem because I placed a fair use rationale on the description page. I received a message though informing that this is now an "orphaned" image from a "bot". I probably have to link it as a thumbnail at least in an article, in the meantime. I am rying to secure another image from flickr.com with permission from another photographer but so far no response. So, no free image still for the Snakeskin gourami article.
