@207.161.86.162:WP:IMAGERES - 'Images should be rescaled as small as possible to still be useful as identified by their rationale, and no larger.' As the image in its current form is suitable for the rational given, it cannot be replaced by a bigger version - RichT|C|E-Mail21:13, 7 July 2020 (UTC)
@Rich Smith: But the existing size is unsuitable given that the standard image size in an infobox is 200px. Additionally, the existing image has a white background which is obviously problematic. Nothing in WP:NONFREE would prohibit this image, especially given that it is well below the standard of 100,000 pixels. 207.161.86.162 (talk) 21:21, 7 July 2020 (UTC)
License: Fair Use. It's the official poster the show's television network published on their site and I'm citing that they're the ones who made it not me.
Article To Be Used On/Reason For Upload: The show's official wikipedia page needs a poster and no one from the official production has uploaded one so I'm just sourcing the one on the official FX Network website/promotional material
Author/Copyright Holder's Name: The logo of the show belong to the producers of it while the screenshot was taken from the channel Canale 5
Article To Be Used On/Reason For Upload: Adrian (TV series), because there aren't images in the article and the logo can help users to better identify it visually and for commentary

The entire screenshot. Because the image is a screenshot showing the logo, the entire image is needed to identify the product, properly convey the meaning and branding intended, and avoid tarnishing or misrepresenting the image.
The screenshot is of sufficient resolution for commentary and identification but of low enough resolution so that copies made from it will be of inferior quality, unsuitable as artwork on pirate versions or other uses that would compete with the commercial purpose of the original image and logo.
Main infobox. The image is used for identification in the context of critical commentary of the work for which it serves as logo. It makes a significant contribution to the user's understanding of the article, which could not practically be conveyed by words alone. The image is placed in the infobox at the top of the article discussing the work, to show the primary visual image associated with the work, and to help the user quickly identify the work and know they have found what they are looking for. Use for this purpose does not compete with the purposes of the original work, namely the designer's ability to provide logo's design services and in turn marketing video to the public.
As a screenshot from a copyrighted show, the image is not replaceable by free content; any other image that shows images from the series would also be copyrighted, and any version that is not true to the original would be inadequate for identification or commentary.
Use of the video cover in the article complies with Wikipedia non-free content policy and fair use under United States copyright law as described above.

| Low resolution = Yes, logo is of a size and resolution sufficient to maintain the quality intended by the company or organization, without being unnecessarily high resolution.
| Replaceability = Because it is a non-free logo, there is almost certainly no free representation. Any substitute that is not a derivative work would fail to convey the meaning intended, would tarnish or misrepresent its image, or would fail its purpose of identification or commentary.
| Other information = Use of the logo in the article complies with Wikipedia non-free content policy, logo guidelines, and fair use under United States copyright law as described above.
