My question remains. Was there any prior attempt to contact the user before nominating the user's subpage? I'm not seeing any. User:AssumeGoodWraith edited last Friday. Since there's exactly nobody yet injured by this template draft, therefore no hurry, I would think a simple query would have demonstrated assuming good faith, before we got here.
