sandbox created prior to Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Eric Swalwell. The person will have an article at Eric Swalwell shortly (once election results are in), but this sandbox is a duplicate of the overly detailed AFC, which of course can stay as a declined AFC. none of this material is not already available at the AFC, or the upcoming new article, or the persons website. housecleaning.
