Keep: Testing is allowed in userspace, and this is not promotional in any way that I can see. Note that the file linked to here and this page were created by different users. @Jeff G.: Please consider explaining the "promotional" part of your rationale. Maybe maybe (I'm not certain about that even after checking most of this user's global contributions), but reverting everything someone does while barely bothering to even explain why is not a good solution to poor on-wiki behavior. Remember the human: they're still something of a newbie, and your current responses will only make this person more and more frustrated with wikis and less likely to want to contribute positively to them.
