This appears to be an article for an organisation uploaded by an account whose name would suggest it has a close connection. It's not an obvious G11 though, hence MfD rather than speedy. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 18:41, 9 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Keep My current read of the article is that arguably too promotional for the article space. So it's probably better that it's in the userspace for now, where it can be cleaned up. I think is some content in there that is very much usable, though. It does seem like there is considerable coverage of the organizations as well:
On that basis, the topic seems like it has potential, so it's just a matter of making it sound less like a pitch for the organization. I, JethroBT drop me a line 19:10, 9 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
