Incorrectly named and formatted attempt by to create a long-term abuse page aimed towards User:Sciencewatcher by User:EDSandPOTSY, a new and inexperienced user. Sciencewatcher has a clean block log but one can see from their user talk page that they edit in somewhat contentious medical areas. The point of WP:LTA is not to just post stuff about people you don't like or disagree with—it's to document actual abusers (blocked/banned users who habitually sock, for instance).
