Delete. I can't find any evidence that such a team exists: the FIBA website documents an under-16 team and an under-18 team, but no under-20 team. Not mentioned in the target article, and doesn't seem to have been mentioned in the target at the time the redirect was created, even though it points to a section titled "Estonia National Under-20 Squad".
