User Jorotayahbl created article DMurawski. IP user 71.193.87.216 then edited that article and shortly thereafter participated in Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/DMurawski. Geolocation of the IP user [4] indicates Minnesota. This is stated in the Wikipedia article for DMurawski as his ___location, although this does not appear on any "official" Dmurawski websites[5][6][7]. Given that only DMurawski would appear to have this information, I suspect that there is a COI which I believe can be sorted out by this checkuser request. Please note also that both user Dmurawski and 71.193.87.216 participate in the discussion on this page [8] indicative of sockpuppetry. Deadly∀ssassin 09:04, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
- Addendum: Please see this[9] edit. DMurawski attends Blaine high school where the SPA IP address is geolocated. --Deadly∀ssassin 22:12, 3 May 2008 (UTC)

Declined. I would rate this as obvious, and Jorotayahbl only has one edit. The AfD does not look like it will turn on the opinions of these users, so no need to formally confirm someone's private IP address (if true) at this stage. Thatcher 01:32, 5 May 2008 (UTC)
