This particular vandal, in multiple incarnations, has been uploading many hundreds of vandal images. Usually the contribution history for these vandals is empty: look in the logs (except that I have deleted many hundreds of his images; they're in my deletion log in the last several weeks, especially Sept 16 and August 31). This is the same vandal that has appeared numerous times vandalising articles on towns in Herkimer County, New York. I request that the IP behind this be blocked, and any other sleeper accounts shut down.

Listed above are some of the other sockpuppets I know about.

There's lots more; many can be found on the history of the various towns in Herkimer County. This was one of the originating IPs (the IP in the list at the top of this RFCU) before the vandal started making usernames.
