Both users seem to be (oddly) POV-pushing in favor of Iraqi jihadists. User with whom these two users are engaged has been blocked for 3RR. Admin follow-up: Indef-blocked NavyFalcon (talk · contribs) and TruthSeeker777 (talk · contribs) as abusive socks. Blocked the sockmaster, Lft6771 (talk · contribs), for 48 hours for abusing the socks to game 3RR. I have not blocked Truthspreader (talk · contribs), as the account has not been used since Feb 2007, but I did add a note stating that the account will be watched and abuse will result in an indefinite block.
