• Supporting evidence:

94.189.172.94 has been vandalizing pages as [1], and he has warned several times in his talk page, nevertheless, it appears beside him, User:Onlyonetime, who continues IP editions with several minutes of difference, ([2], [3]) and they both contribute in the same articles [4], [5].

On 4 november, after a 94.189.172.94's edition, Onlyonetime moved List of Spanish monarchs to List of heads of state of Spain without explanation nor discussion 18 minutes later [6]. After 10 minutes, Onlyonetime copied the same html code where the redirect template was (in List of Spanish monarchs) [7], and half an hour later, 94.189.172.94 did exactly the same action, [8]. At 21:18, 94.189.172.94 redirected, again, List of heads of state of Spain to List of Spanish monarchs (he put redirect template in List of heads of state of Spain, on the contrary), and 7 minutes later Onlyonetime did a new edition. [9].

On the other hand, User:Mahalios has contributed in the same both pages exactly as 94.189.172.94 and Onlyonetime, [10] and [11]. Therefore, I would want to verify these users actually belong to a single IP for requesting intervention against vandalism to Administrator.
