User:Srkris, blocked for one week for violations of WP:COPY, WP:SPAM, WP:CIVIL, WP:AGF, etc has returned and has been editing anonymously. Parthi talk/contribs 20:48, 8 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This user using these ips has been editing and reverting the same articles User:Srkris used to edit. He is also leaving fake warning messages in other users talk pages: [1], [2]. This is in clear violation of the one week block handed down for consistent violation of a number of policies. - Parthi talk/contribs 22:29, 8 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Comment: It is not clear why this request was declined. If it is due to lack of diffs, here are some which clearly shows that this user identifies with the blocked editor:

Am I to understand that avoidance of blocks by editing anonymously is not a serious breach of policy? Can you also please direct me to the policy which clearly defines the circumstances for a valid checkuser? thanks Parthi talk/contribs 02:49, 11 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
