Statement of the dispute

lv.wiki Adminstrator Xil made decison of blocking Krishjaanis based on claim, that User:Krishjaanis uses open-proxies for vandalizing and harrasment acts target on some other wikipedia users. Community portal discusion didn't achieve consensus, nontheless blocking was enforced.

Desired outcome

Unblocking of User:Krishjaanis on lv.wiki.
