The second user account was linked by the first user in a discussion here: [1]. I am not sure whether the person is aware of Wikipedia's rules for WP:SOCK, but it seems pretty blatant that these are related if not more. Additionally, it is also clear from the edit history of Espen Gaarder Haug that there have been other accounts in the past decade which are probably abandoned, but the two listed above are active now. jps (talk) 11:10, 27 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Comment I was going to ask that an investigation be opened, but then I saw that jps had gotten here first. The writing style is the same, and they both quote the same definition of libel, etc. XOR'easter (talk) 19:02, 27 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
