Suspected sockpuppets

User has been making unconstructive edits identical to Faster2010 ([1], [2], [3], [4]), based on his interests and the IP and the user share the same geographical ___location (New Hampshire). If I am correct, this is his latest sockpuppet and as with the Faster2010 account, the user refuses to use the talk page as with the previous Faster2010 account. As Ninjo2 and the IPs, the user has been making numerous unconstructive edits to articles such as Artisan Entertainment, List of Toad Patrol episodes and Appleseed (film) ([5], [6], [7], [8], [9], [10], [11]) that are most likely similar to Faster2010 ([12], [13], [14]) before the user was blocked. He edits from the same ISP (Comcast) and ___location (Nashua, New Hampshire). Also, the user did frequent edits to Nova Productions as Bud and Charly ([15], [16]) (his user page even says "The new one... is here", which was similar to the user page of the sock puppeteer in question. Adding another sock to the list per these differences: [17], [18], [19]. Lord Sjones23 (talk - contributions) 03:44, 27 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

One can connect Ninjo2 to several IP editors who have disruptively edited Artisan Entertainment's filmography for a while now, especially an insistence on removing Reservoir Dogs:

While Faster2010 has not ever specifically removed Reservoir Dogs, he has removed several other films: removal of a few films from the filmography, removal of another film.

Ninjo2, Faster2010, and the IP editors all share an interest in the Appleseed and .hack franchises:

Note that 73.218.176.21 also has an interest in editing Artisan Entertainment and blanking films from its filmography.

Honestly, I don't know how well all this establishes a behavioral link, but it seems to indicate at the very least that Ninjo2 enjoys edit warring as both a logged-in user and logged-out IP address on the same article. Whether he's also Faster2010 seems kind of up for debate, but it seems more likely to me than not. How many people edit all of Artisan Entertainment, anime feature films, and .hack video games? Maybe this is a common combination, but it seems to indicate some kind of connection. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 02:33, 24 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This account was created 1 week following block of similarly named sock User:Ninjo2. Immediately began editing the same articles such as Mortal Kombat Gold and Patriots Day (film). CactusWriter (talk) 16:02, 12 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Looks like a duck to me. This is so obvious that I'm somewhat embarrassed I didn't notice it. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 05:34, 13 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
