User:Howlandroamco was blocked in November for trying to create a promotional article about Hamza El Moutadir. Both User:Ali12375609 and User:Wiki12375609 have been working on a similar promotional article, as can be seen at Draft:Hamza El Moutadir and Hamza El Moutadir, where Ali12375609 removed a CSD tag. The two accounts have only ever appeared to interact with each other. This may also might be a case of WP:MEAT instead of sockpuppetry. GPL93 (talk) 14:42, 10 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
