The user account was created less than 24 hrs after Luwanglinux was blocked for edit-warring. They immediately started where they had left off, in Meitei people. Venmtlucha restored content by Luwanglinux about the history of the Meitei based on a primary source:

A verbatim giveaway is the phrase "verified by National Archive Delhi" the second diff, which Luwanglinux used in a talk edit before:
