Could you please explain why the following self-referenced security conferences remain listed whereas ACSAC was deleted: CarolinaCon, Hack.lu, SANS_Institute, ...

I haven't evaluated those articles, but you might want to see WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS, or consider listing other articles for deletion. Often, the reason for "Why does non notable article X exist" is nothing more than "No one has nominated it for deletion yet". Of course, other topics can be vastly more notable than another, even within a category, so caution should be taken in that approach. Courcelles 19:57, 26 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Considering ACSAC is the longest computer security conference in the world, I'd say that in itself is notability, and the article should be undeleted.
