@TonyBallioni, Kirbanzo, SamHolt6, Dolotta, and Justlettersandnumbers: For the record: totally understand what I did wrong with this draft. When I was submitting through AfC, all the reasons that it was getting denied had nothing to do with lack of notability which is why I kept resubmitting based on the feedback I received from the community. I do apologize formally though for coming off as disruptive, and moving forward, I will aim to work with only topics that meet Wikipedia's notability guidelines as to not cause this again.
