Proposed changes to Field Precision entry

1) Short technical description of several unique finite-element techniques developed for high speed simulations of charged particle guns, magnets and X-ray sources along with external links to our relevant publications in refereed journals.

2) Collection of external links to publications by outside organizations using our codes illustrating variety of applications for 2D and 3D finite-element simulations on PCs.
