Wikipedia talk:Articles for deletion/General Service Area
I'm not 100% sure I've done this correctly. If a more experienced editor/admin could take a look at this, I'd be grateful.
Having said that, I think this stub article with no citations and few if any secondary sources fails WP:N Beginning in late April 2014, virtually each and every inhabited place in Nova Scotia (some 1,600 articles, see [1]) was editied to wikilink here instead of the standard wikipedia description of town, city or village (which gives the reader a sense of size of the community they're reading about) and all of them were done by one editor. This term makes no distinction whatsoever between a hamlet of six houses and a metropolitan area (Halifax) of over 350,000 people. No other use of this term AFAIK exists anywhere else in the world.
