Under what specific guidelines is this article being proposed for deletion? Would undeniable verification suffice to retain the article?

Scikotics is a car club that has been featured in magazines and is recognized by Scion itself. Much of the information and history is found on the forums. So, because it isn't of interest or "notable" to you automatically qualifies it as not notable? Because some Wikipedia editor thinks it's a "dressed up forum" makes it unverifiable? I would like a bit less "delete it because I'm smart and it shouldn't be here" and a little more "If you care to keep it here, you should do this".
What started out as a loose collection of enthusiasts, has developed into a global car club. It was incorporated as an LLC. There are officers, there are annual meetings. What is seen on the Internet is our forum. That is a means by which the geographically disparate members can keep in touch, share ideas, etc. There is a sarcastic saying; "If it's on the Internet, it must be true". In this case, it seems more apt (at least to the editors of Wikipedia that are suggesting this entry's deletion) that if it's NOT on the Internet, than it must NOT be true.
So, let me ask this as bluntly as I know how. What would satisfy the requirements of notability and verifiability?

- Documentation and significant mentioning of the subject in third-party sources (such as magazine and newspaper articles). This has nothing to do with whether Scikotics is an LLC or not; we don't seem to care because it isn't relevant to our notability guidelines. EVula // talk // ☯ // 20:05, 9 April 2008 (UTC)
