I have edited the article to avoid promotional tone as you stated.i believe this should be valuable to be in Wikipedia as this is a emerging crowdfunding Real estate company and the founders of the company are notable persons too and there will be more contributions to this article like acquisition and investments with more Reliable sources too, so we shouldn't delete due to lack of importance. Please go through the reference why it should be on wiki.
