This is a known issue and expected behavior in Windows 10 and Windows 11 File Explorer. It is not a fault with your computer or installation.
When you delete a file from the search results list, the view does not automatically refresh. You must manually refresh the search view after deleting a file.
After deleting the file, simply press the F5 key on your keyboard.
This will refresh the search results, and the deleted file will disappear from the list. This is the correct and standard procedure for this situation.
