Kadokawa Issues Guidelines for Sampling Clips From 4 Summer Anime

Kadokawa announced guidelines for derivative use of video clips (such as in review and analysis videos) for four summer 2025 anime properties on Monday. The properties are The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 4, New PANTY & STOCKING with GARTERBELT, Detectives These Days Are Crazy!, and See You Tomorrow at the Food Court.
Fans can use up to four minutes of anime footage per episode in a video for these anime (except for New PANTY & STOCKING with GARTERBELT, which limits clips to two minutes per episode). The site also notes content creators who wish to monetize videos using footage from the listed anime programs can use the YouTube MCN Creator Support Program operated by Kadokawa.
The websites for each of these anime titles list their respective full guidelines in Japanese. The website for See You Tomorrow at the Food Court also includes an English language version of the guidelines.
