The Earthdata Search client is available for discovery and download of all data stored by NASA's Earthdata Archive Centers, including OB.DAAC. Here is a link to the tool. Currently the data need to be downloaded before you can use it in applications. OPeNDAP is not yet supported in the cloud for OB.DAAC datasets but we will eventually offer DMR++ files to enable users to work on OPeNDAP servers.
