@TheSandDoctor: Playing whack-a-mole on IP addresses is not valuable unless you know that they are static to the spam, or the range can be tightened and know that it doesn't impact other users. FWIW this is not spam, this is someone in Turkey that does copy and paste vandalism. Known issue operational through a range of IP addresses, and can only reasonably be managed by each wiki.
