Likely spoof. No hits on Google either in English or Cyrillic. There are no hits for "Agricultural Expansion Committee" either. Considering the world's obsession with coffee, it's highly unlikely that such a luxury commodity could exist without being noticed. And if it's not a spoof, then it's evidently not notable. —SMALLJIM 13:37, 30 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete. Surely a spoof. No sources, there is no such word (БЛОКНАШТ) in Russian, and coffee don't grow in Russian climate. --DonaldDuck (talk) 04:38, 1 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete Clearly a hoax, probably should have been speedied. Qrsdogg (talk) 20:18, 5 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
