While there are a number of Neighborhoods in Houston articles, this particular one looks to be more of a promo page for an everyday housing development, rather than an actual geo/socio region. In fact the header alone says it is within "the greater Inwood Area". I don't think this particular collection of townhomes is notable in any way. Hornpipe2 (talk) 17:10, 8 August 2024 (UTC)

- previous speedy deletion of "Forrest lake townhomes" for "blatant advertising"
- other questionable contributions from this particular editor

- Note also:
- Delete: "Forrest Lake" seems to be a common name for places all over the world and North America... Nothing found about this particular version that makes it oustanding... 50yr old property development that doesn't seem any much different than any other suburb, pretty much anywhere in the US or Canada... - Delete. A housing subdivision for which independent RS coverage is limited to a local interest profile in the Houston Chronicle. • Gene93k (talk) 20:30, 8 August 2024 (UTC)
- Delete Since the only sourcing for this development is a local interest profile, then it is only notable at a local level. TH1980 (talk) 01:34, 11 August 2024 (UTC)
