Keep. It doesn't have to award its own degrees to be classed as a degree-awarding institution. British polytechnics didn't actually award their own degrees either, but nobody in their right mind would ever have thought of deleting them. -- Necrothesp (talk) 15:45, 25 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Keep It's important enough that this institute is affiliated with a major university of Pakistan – Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan and it is also accredited by Pakistan Engineering Council. None of the Keep !votes are based on independent coverage or even assert that such coverage exists. I am unable to find more than a couple passing mentions in RS. If not deleted, it could be merged to List of universities in Pakistan. But I'm not convinced the coverage even justifies inclusion on that list. b uidhe 16:05, 2 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
