- Redirect (and very selectively merge) to Drik Picture Library, who operate this institute (and seem to have written this pporly sourced Wikipedia article). I can find no reliable news sources about this Pathshala/South Asian Institute Media Institute and the one possible news source cited in the article is not described adequately to know what exactly it was (an article, a listing?). If there was evidene the Institute was a recognised degree-awarding institute I might have had more sympathy, but its status is currently very vague. Sionk (talk) 14:09, 11 April 2015 (UTC)
- @Sionk: "Pathshala had begun its journey as part of a three-year World Press Photo educational initiative on December 18, 1998. The school has played a pivotal role in changing the social attitude towards photography as a profession in the last era. Offering basic and advanced level courses in this field, the institution also offers diploma and Bachelor equivalent courses to students. The school is also a part of the upcoming regional Master's programme at universities in Bangladesh, China, Indonesia, Nepal, Norway and Pakistan." [1] – Nahiyan8 (talk | contribs)
- @Sionk: "The Media Academy is an extension of Pathshala, South Asian Institute of Photography. Since opening in 1998 as the educational wing of Drik Picture Library, Pathshala has become one of the leading photojournalism schools in South Asia. Renowned Bangladeshi and international journalists, trainers will conduct classes at the Academy. Initially the Academy will run four module courses on Producing and Reporting, Camera, Video Editing and Multimedia Reporting. The core competencies of the modules include storytelling, visual language, media standards, research, reporting and teamwork." [2] Hope you find these useful. I'm trying to incorporate these sources into the article. – Nahiyan8 (talk | contribs)
- Huh? You understand the difference between Merge and Delete. If merged, there will still be a Pathshala in the namespace; it will just take reader to Drik#Pathshala. nafSadh did say 18:31, 17 April 2015 (UTC)
- Merge & Redirect. Per previous AfD, per Sionk.

- Keep: There was a very nice feature on Pathshala by New Internationalist magazine in 2007:
