Written like an advert or a press release, the sources provided are either Primary, or do not fulfill the criteria for extentsive reliable sources. - I searched in Russian about your company and didn't find anything in that language. Not much in English. Of course, there are many companies called "Service Plus" so it was hard to find anything about this particular Service Plus, but I'm convinced it's not notable.
