  • Delete. This sounds like a mnemonic for something cartography students were told to do in a class. It is not a suitable encyclopaedia topic. It is not even worth merging anywhere unless it has widespread educational use, which does not appear to be the case. The article is not even correct. A map doesn't need all those things to be useful. It may need them to get a passmark, but it doesn't necessarily need them to be useful. SpinningSpark 23:06, 6 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
