Article is on a deceased Russian UFO fan who discovered (...) time travel. All sources are non-RS (e.g. Pravda). A standard WP:BEFORE finds numerous mentions in UFO blogs, the Daily Mail, etc., but not much else. There is nothing further in the six translations of this article on parallel wikis. Fails WP:GNG.
