Meta:Requests for help from a sysop or bureaucrat

Meta-Wiki has a small active community. When a normal user requires the assistance of an administrator or bureaucrat for some particular task, it is not always easy to find one. This page helps users find one when they need one; asking specific admins directly via their talk pages is one way to elicit a fast response. It is only for assistance required at Meta-Wiki, help for other wikis needs to be requested at those wikis.

Before posting to this page, make sure your comment doesn't belong at one of these specific request pages:

Hello, I am a newly elected admin on Meta and I am seeking Interface adminship to fix MediaWiki:Gadget-ForceEditLinks.js which currently modifies every link including external links to add ?action=edit, making external links invalid. For example, all the external links at Talk:Spam blacklist have ?action=edit like https://spamcheck.toolforge.org/by-___domain?q=doorpro.com?action=edit or https://global-search.toolforge.org/?regex=1&ignorecase=1&q=%22doorpro.com%22?action=edit, which makes them invalid/incorrect. I will fix it to exclude external links. I have experience working with JS and CSS and would also like to help with other interface protected requests.
